The user is solely responsible for the content they create, store, and share on the Memoize platform. Memoize is not liable for any user-generated content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Terms of Use
By creating an account on the Memoize app, you agree to the following terms.
2. Appropriate use of the platform
It is prohibited to use Memoize for unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or intellectual property-infringing purposes. Violation of these conditions may result in immediate account termination.
3. Personal data protection
Memoize collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable data protection law. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
4. Intellectual property
All original content produced by the user remains their property. By sharing decks publicly, the user grants Memoize a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. The brand, code, and other platform elements are the property of Memoize and may not be reproduced without authorization.
5. Risks and availability
Memoize makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Memoize shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
7. Account termination
The user may close their account at any time. Memoize reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. After termination, user data may be retained for the periods required by law.
